I need surgery to remove a colon polyp, but my health insurance (a cobra policy says), is a state because it was a polyp removed during a colonoscopy, there is a 4 years old. They refuse to pay for the surgery. How can I pay? Whom can I contact for help? Do I pay a deposit? Thank you for your suggestions!
